Claus Osche from Berlin/Germany is taking over the administrational work of the World Guppy Association in Europe.
He has been in the Guppy hobby since back in the 80ies. He travelled around the world to see what the Guppymaniacs are up to in other countries.
I am happy that he can help to keep the idea of the WGA going on. I am not able to do the work myself since I have other obligations right now that require my full attention.
